There are no glossaries for the foreign words in the Tosephot and their halachic books (HaRokeah, Hilchot Gedolot, Orchot Chaim, Tosephot Shelanu). I would appreciate any entomologies which these words suggest to you.
Heindres or Hindres - the not really wine made from soaking the lees left in the vat. היינדרס
Smalls – a cup lined with pewter maybe Smeltz (in Italian smalto can mean a cup glazed with tin) סמאלס
Kannes, kandes wooden cup with pitch inside kannen? קנדס, קננס
Giests Jiests a sort of pitcher from Giessen (Modern German for pour)? גייסטס ייסטס
Vedil shauffel shovel וידל שאפל
Yaalif cholent? ייאליף
Reseau meat recipe (reseau means net in modern French) רסו

Aqua Ardente used for brandy by the Tosephot when it was introduced in the 12th century; by the time of the Shulchan Aruch it meant all liquors and today means Agave liquor (from the same plant as tequilla).
The spellings in Hebrew are very corrupt and the same word rarely appears the same twice.
