In life, it is very important that we have a strong foundation.
Some of us are given this and some are not, sadly. However, we can try to build it up by seeking a supportive mentor, or going about it by ourself, whichever one.

When one doesn't have this strong base, then any "wind" that comes their way, for example, something upsetting, might make them fall. However, with a good foundation, the person stays up, even when there's a lot of 'wind', their basic knowledge and belief remains intact
