Israel Nat'l Radio Moment in Jewish History
Warder Cresson was a Pennsylvania Quaker who moved to Israel in 1844 to be the first United States ambassador there. Instead of becoming an ambassador, or a Christian missionary as some suspected, Cresson converted to Judaism.
